Refund and returns policy

1. Return Window

Customers have 30 days from the receipt of their product to initiate a return if they are not satisfied.


2. Condition for Returns

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, unopened and in their original packaging. Items must not be used or damaged.


3. Refund Type

We offer a full refund for items returned under our policy conditions.


4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product arrives back to our facility.


5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at with your problem description and order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.


6. Exceptions

Products with custom engraving or those built to customer specifications are not eligible for return or refund.


7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please take a photograph of the item and its packaging and email it to us immediately. We will arrange for a refund or replacement depending on your preference.


8. Refund Issuance

Refunds are processed within one week of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.


9. International Returns

Our return and refund policies apply equally to international orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Subscription service policy

1. Subscription Terms

Customers can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription package. The details of what each package includes are available on our platform. Each account is for a single individual or company. If you are interested in a reseller account, give us a call to hear about our options.


2. Trial Subscription

While we do not offer free trials, customers can sign up for a free subscription to test certain features of our platform.


3. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing or directly through the platform. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.


4. Renewals

Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the original subscription term (monthly or yearly) unless the customer cancels prior to the renewal date.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within the first week of subscribing. Customers can request a full refund by sending an email during this period if they are not satisfied.


6. Late Payment Fees

If subscription payments are not received by the due date, a late fee of 20 CHF will be applied each month until the payment is made. This is to cover the administrative costs associated with processing late payments.

Website building services policy

1. Service Scope

Each website building package’s specific features and inclusions are detailed on our website.


2. Project Timeline

The typical timeline for website development is one month from the order date, depending on the customer’s prompt provision of necessary materials such as images and text.


3. Pricing and Payment

Each package has its specific pricing listed on our website. An upfront payment of 350 CHF is required for any package, with the remainder due upon customer acceptance of the completed website.


4. Ownership and Rights

Clubmaster GmbH retains ownership and rights to the website until full payment is received. Upon full payment and after one year of hosting, all rights transfer to the customer.


5. Maintenance and Support

Customers may choose their desired level of maintenance and support from our available packages.


6. Termination of Services

Once a project has started, it cannot be terminated by the customer. If the project extends beyond two months due to delays in receiving required information from the customer, Clubmaster GmbH reserves the right to invoice for the remaining payment. If a project is inactive for six months due to a lack of communication from the customer, Clubmaster GmbH may terminate the project.


7. Hosting

Included in each package is two months of free hosting from the start date of the project. If the project is not completed within this period, the customer will be charged a minimum monthly hosting fee until they select their preferred service level.


8. Late Payment Fees

For any outstanding balances on website building services, a late fee of 20 CHF per month will be applied until the payment is received in full. This fee helps cover the costs associated with managing overdue accounts.

Content Submission and Copyright

1. Responsibility for Content

By submitting any content to us for use in building websites, creating prints, stickers, clothing, or any other products and services, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and consents to use the content. You are solely responsible for any copyright infringements or other legal issues that may arise from the content you provide.


2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from any breach of the foregoing warranties or any claim that the content infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Fair Usage Policy

Our systems are designed to provide reliable and efficient services for all users. However, we do not permit any abnormal usage that involves:

  • Scam activities
  • Distribution of malware
  • Identity theft
  • Any other criminal behavior
  • Using our services as file-sharing services
  • Network attacks

In case the website or service is used for any criminal activities, unintended use without our permission, file sharing, or network attacks, we reserve the right to cancel the contract immediately due to misuse.
